Refund policy


We want you to love your Tamaki purchase. If the size isn’t right, we’re happy to help with an exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • We do not offer monetary refunds. Approved returns will be issued as a Tamaki Gift Card/Store Credit.

  • Size exchanges are available, subject to stock availability.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, stained, stretched, altered, torn, damaged, or returned without tags will not be accepted.

Opening Your Parcel

For your protection and ours, please record a continuous video while opening your parcel. The video should clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and the product being removed from the package.

If you receive a product that is torn, damaged, stained, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the parcel-opening video.

Size issues can be exchanged as per our policy. However, claims that a product was torn or damaged after delivery may not be accepted without a valid parcel-opening video.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and product-specific reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Intimates / Innerwear

  • Sale or Final Sale products

  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the website

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, contact us through [WhatsApp / Email] with your order number and the reason for your request.

Once approved, we will provide the return instructions. Please do not hand the product to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

The product will undergo a quality check once received by Tamaki. If it does not meet our return conditions, the return may be rejected.

Tamaki Gift Card

Approved returns will be issued as a Tamaki Gift Card/Store Credit, not a cash or original-payment refund.

The Gift Card will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be used towards any future Tamaki purchase.

You can use your Gift Card at checkout to pay in full, or combine it with another payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.) to cover any remaining balance.

Shipping and return/pickup charges, if applicable, are non-refundable and may be deducted from the Gift Card value.
