1. About Tamaki

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided by you.

Tamaki reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in certain circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect order information.

If Tamaki cancels an order, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout.

Tamaki reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances outside Tamaki's control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Tamaki cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

We do not provide monetary refunds. Approved returns are issued as Tamaki Gift Cards/Store Credit, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Parcel Opening & Damaged Products

Customers are encouraged to record a continuous video while opening their parcel, clearly showing the sealed package, shipping label, and product.

If an item arrives damaged, torn, defective, stained, or incorrect, the issue should be reported within the timeframe specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Claims relating to damage after delivery may not be accepted if sufficient evidence of the condition at the time of delivery is not available.

8. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information while placing an order, including their name, phone number, email address, and shipping address.

Tamaki is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Promotional offers, discount codes, Gift Cards, and sale prices may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers.

Products marked as Sale or Final Sale may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the applicable terms before placing your order.
